THE ROLE OF COMMUNICATION IN ENHANCING EMPLOYEES ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to determine the role communication in enhancing employees organizational commitment. general objective study involves examining impact satisfaction, climate, relationship with superiors, organization integration, media quality, horizontal and informal channels, perspective, other employees, personal feedback flow informationon commitment.Design/methodology/approach –The utilized quantitative research methodology toinvestigatethe reason why employeescommunicate their superiors subordinates, communication, satisfaction commitment towards organization. Data was collected using a survey structured questionnaire. data analysis conducted through descriptive statistical by Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Demographic such as gender, age, academic degree, experience years, management level were analyzed frequency distributions Percentages results presented charts tables. Inferential statistics obtained carrying out correlation regressions analyses, test correlations between variables influence on commitment.Findings conclusions revealed that has significant positive withorganizational commitment, climate also positively correlated integration perspective highly whilepersonal feedback, minimally related Additionally, regression indicate thatcommunication dimensions, internal are closely associated Therefore, nine (9) hypotheses developed tested accordingly conclude direct Furthermore, main implication fact that, organizations could use findings develop practices channels encourage within which might translate increased innovation, productivity, opportunity, collaboration, effective shows can be improved job enhancement together matching individuals values those rather than, finding ways means improving different strategies standard supervision, decentralization power counseling.
